APPLICATION

 

Depending on the hardness of the water, used at a concentration of 1-1.5% for cold surfaces (tanks, pipes, etc.), and 1.5-3% for hot surfaces (pasteurizer, etc.)

 

 Washing temperature is generally 50-60 C˚

 

75- 85 C˚ for pasteurizers.
