Usage

 

CIP head is available in capacities between 50kg and 150 kg/ lot.

With the specially designed steam filtration system, direct steam can be supplied to the product by PLC control.

Boiler surface is completely sandblasted (inner surface is optionally Teflon coated)

DN25 cip entry and recirculation option on the top side

Additives can be added without opening the main lid thanks to the two small lids.

Lids are leakproof thanks to the special gasket.

Safety sensor on lid and pistons for safety

There are 2 spirals with independent speed control.

All covers are pneumatically controlled.
