Ayran Processing Tank

The milk to be made from ayran is sent to the tank and then the fermentation process is done. The fermented milk is crushed and subjected to the cooling process.

Thanks to the platform of the process tank, ayran flows naturally to the filling machine, without the need for a pump. This prevents the natural consistency of buttermilk from deteriorating.
